The item

What we won't transport

LexFetch is a personal item courier. By law and by policy, we do not transport:

  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia of any kind
  • Stolen property or items you don't have permission to move
  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
  • Alcohol, tobacco, or vape products
  • Hazardous, flammable, or dangerous materials
  • Live animals or people
  • Anything else that's illegal to possess or transport in Kentucky

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any pickup, and to decline to transport any item at our discretion. Suspected illegal activity will be reported.

Payment is required upfront. Your pickup is scheduled once your $25 payment comes through. No cash.

How much does it cost?

A flat $25 for pickup and delivery anywhere within Lexington / Fayette County — you pick an hourly time slot that works for you. Need it right now? Add the ⚡ Express option for $10 more ($35 total) and your pickup becomes our very next stop.

How do I pay?

Payment is made upfront when you submit your request — pay securely with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay. Your pickup isn't scheduled until payment is received. No cash accepted.

What are your hours?

We're open 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, seven days a week. Bookings (standard and Express) can only be placed during those hours.

How fast is delivery?

Most requests are completed same-day. When we text to confirm, we'll give you a realistic pickup and delivery window.

What can you deliver?

Everyday personal items — laptops, phones, chargers, keys, wallets, clothes, documents, small bags. If it fits in a car seat and it's legal, we can probably fetch it. See the list above for what we won't carry.

Does the person at pickup need to be home?

Someone needs to hand off the item or leave it in an agreed spot. We'll coordinate with the pickup contact by phone using the number you provide.
